Terms Of Service

By purchasing a commission, you are indicating that you've read Terms of Service and agree with them.
I retain the right to terminate the order in case commissioner violates this terms.

General:

-You are a legal adult, of the age of 18 or over
-Currency in £ (GBP)
-Payment will be handled through PayPal only
-Full upfront payment
-Commissioning me is not cause for special treatment or a special relationship
-I reserve the right to deny a commission at any time, for a reason I deem necessary
-If you require work to be completed by a certain date, please let me know beforehand and we can discuss whether it works for me or not.
-You may use my work for PERSONAL use only - to share on social media, print for personal use or as a banner/profile picture.
-The work may NOT be used commercially
-I do not consent to my work being resold, used for NFT's or AI generation in any capacity
-I hold all rights to my artwork distributed unless otherwise stated

Turnaround Time:

-My turnaround will be 1-3 weeks, however this depends on the complexity and quantity of clients that I undertake. I will most likely be quicker so the project could be completed in a couple of days.
-If applicable, I may stream the process of the commission unless the client states otherwise.

Refunds

-If you want to cancel the commission before paying, please inform me as soon as possible, I won’t hold cancellation against you or take it personally, as long as you keep me informed.
-Refunds once the commission has been started will not be applicable unless;
there are any events that happen to me that cause me to be unable to complete a commission, I will issue a full refund.

Communication

-Once the invoice has been sent, you will have 48 hours to pay, otherwise the commission will be cancelled
-If there is no response from the client a week after the last point of contact from me, the commission will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
- I will communicate delays as soon as possible if there were to be anything that can affect the work and the time it takes to complete.
- During each stage (Sketch, lines, colour, lighting, render) I will await approval before continuing onto the next phase and ensure the work is to the client's liking.

Process

- I will require a reference sheet of your character(s) to work from, and will interpret it best in my own style for the given piece of work.
- You may provide me with a general description of the expression/pose, or also a mood board of ideas/poses for me to interpret.
- I may need to tweak the colours to help it fit in the scene and lighting better, but in no way will I make the character unrecognisable.
-Characteristics such as patterns and body type will be reflected accurately in the given piece.
- For more info on the type of comission (Sketch, linework, render) there will be specific info under the prices/portfolio page.- Any unused sketches I remain the right to use in future for personal or other client work.
- Any major missing details on the final piece (i.e. patterns, markings that are on the reference sheet) will be added free of charge.
-Depending on the complexity and stage of the work, there may be additional fees for changes that involve substantial extra time and work on the commission.

-Extra cost for: Mechanical elements, complex clothing, wings, lots of fur.

!!NOTE!!
For fully textured models, please ask me as the price will be more to properly optimise the mesh before being able to texture [UV Unwrapping also]
Rigs are available, however are limited to basic movement (Body locomotion, opening/closing mouth & eyes)I can retopologise the mesh for the character to be used in VRChat or for animation, however I currently don't have the skillset to rig specifically for VRChat.Clothing can be added to the model - depending on complexity the cost will vary.
